Dhoni shortlisted for Peoples's Choice Award
Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is shortlisted for the ICC 'People Choice Awards'.

List was nominated by ICC elite panel of cricket experts and headed by former West Indies former captain Clive Lloyd along with Pakistani player Zaheer Abbas and England's Mike Gatting South Africa's Paul Adams and New Zealand's Danny Morrison.
Cricket fans across the world will have a opportunity to vote for the player of their choice via www.lgpeopleschoice.com.
Voting will be open until 16:30hrs IST (11:00am GMT) on August 25 and the winner will be announced on September 12 at the LG ICC Awards in London.
ICC Chief Executive Haroon Lorgat said that, LG People's ICC Awards (2010) which was won by Sachin Tendulkar proved hugely popular among fans across the world.
The LG ICC Awards is now a prestigious event in the cricketing calendar and we are delighted that fans will again be able to have their say on who should win one of the awards in 2011, he added.
