100 % Cut-off for B.com

The first cut-off for B.Com (H) in the Delhi University at Shri Ram College of commerce released on this Tuesday it's unbelievable 100 % for non-commerce aspirants.

Union human resourses minister Kapil Sibal said it's illogical thing. Sibal said this illogical thing demoralise students and their parents and should be ignore by the University.

Students and their parents would request to the vice chancellor to see into the issue
